This hotel provided decent accommodations during my Christmas vacation. The staff was welcoming and quick to accommodate our requests. The location was conveniently close to the sights and attractions my family wished to visit. We also enjoyed the clean linen and the room's amenities, such as the shower and the air-conditioning. the hotel offered a satisfactory stay.
There were some negative aspects too. The air-conditioning never got as cold as we would have liked, and the bathroom door was a bit hard to close.

no printer on their computer they have to use. Also, the book.net website said they have airport shuttle... THEY DON"T!! AND... they don't answer their email, and they said they never got it!

The staff at check-in were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. Our room was decent and the beds were clean and moderately comfortable. Despite the AC not being as cold as I would have liked, the shower had hot water and the towels were clean. The location felt safe and quiet, offering a peaceful stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location in the center was convenient for going out at night. there were some concerns about security in the parking lot and the safety of the door locks in the room. the bathroom was dirty and rundown with broken hinges and missing mirrors. the customer service was non-existent and unfriendly.
The hotel fell short on expectations and failed to meet basic standards for cleanliness and safety.
